Who We Are · מִי אֲנַחְנוּ · እኛ ማን ነን
The Global Kingdom of Yehudah (GKY) is a faith-based covenant micronation rooted in Hebrew Roots theology and Torah observance. We are not affiliated with the modern State of Israel or any political nation-state. Our identity is spiritual, tribal, and covenantal.
We stand as a governance structure for Torah-observant people who identify with the scattered tribes of Yisrael — building an internal commonwealth grounded in the Word of Yahawah, the Law of Moshe, and the example of Yeshua the Messiah.
The GKY was co-founded by four ordained ministers — each a King in the Kingdom's governing Board — united by covenant, Torah observance, and a shared vision to restore the ancient paths of Yisrael.
✦ Co-Founders of the Kingdom
We return to the faith of the Ebionites and Nazarenes — the earliest Hebrew followers of Yeshua — rejecting Greek and Roman distortions imposed at Nicaea (325 CE).
All Kingdom law flows from the Torah of Yahawah, interpreted by the Sanhedrin under the guidance of the Cohen Gadol and executed by the Board of Kings.
Our Ambassadors span nations and tribes — united not by geography but by covenant, Torah observance, and ancestral identity as children of Yisrael.
Our economy is asset-backed, interest-free among brethren, and governed by Shemitah (7-year) and Jubilee (50-year) debt release cycles as commanded in Torah.
Covenant Membership · חֶבְרוּת בְּרִית · የቃል ኪዳን አባልነት

Read the foundational documents of the Global Kingdom of Yehudah. These scrolls are for reading only — as a testimony to all nations of the Kingdom's covenant standing before Yahawah.
We, the covenant people of the Global Kingdom of Yehudah (HaMamlakah HaOlamit shel Yehudah — הַמַּמְלָכָה הָעוֹלָמִית שֶׁל יְהוּדָה), declare before Yahawah the Most High, King of Kings and Master of All Creation, that this Constitution is established not by the will of flesh, nor by the power of any earthly authority, but by the eternal Word of Yahawah and the everlasting covenant He made with Avraham, Yitzchak, and Ya'aqov and their seed after them, world without end.
We are a theocratic covenant nation — a kingdom of priests and a holy nation (Shemot 19:6) — governed by the Torah of Moshe, illuminated by the Nevim (Prophets), and fulfilled in the person of Yeshua HaMashiach. We acknowledge no earthly sovereign above Yahawah. All earthly authority within this Kingdom flows from Him and returns to Him.
The Board of Kings (Mo'etzet HaMelakhim — מוֹעֶצֶת הַמְּלָכִים) is the supreme governing body of the Global Kingdom of Yehudah. It is composed of ordained Melakhim (Kings) who are called by Yahawah, confirmed by the Council of Prophets, and ratified by a two-thirds majority of the existing Board. Each King serves for life, subject to removal only by a unanimous vote of the remaining Board members and the Council of Prophets acting in concert.
The Board of Kings holds supreme authority over all matters of state, spiritual governance, foreign affairs, constitutional amendments, and the declaration of sacred times. No law, decree, or act of any lesser board may contradict the rulings of the Board of Kings, which must themselves conform to the Torah of Yahawah as interpreted by the Sanhedrin.
The Board of Queens (Mo'etzet HaMalkot — מוֹעֶצֶת הַמַּלְכוֹת) serves as co-authority with the Board of Kings in all matters concerning the welfare, provision, and flourishing of Kingdom citizens. The Queens administer the Kingdom's social welfare — ensuring that every Ambassador receives free food, clothing, education, and healthcare as commanded in Torah.
The Sanhedrin of the Global Kingdom of Yehudah is divided into two houses. The Upper House (Sanhedrin Elyon) consists of 15 appointed members, serving terms of 10 years. The Lower House (Sanhedrin Tachton) consists of 30 elected members, serving terms of 4 years. The Sanhedrin interprets all matters of Torah law, adjudicates disputes among Ambassadors, and ensures that all Kingdom legislation conforms to the Word of Yahawah.
The Global Kingdom of Yehudah recognizes and protects the inherent dignity and rights of all persons under its covenant — including women, children, the elderly, disabled persons, strangers, widows, and orphans. These rights are not granted by the Kingdom but are recognized as endowments from Yahawah Himself, to be protected and upheld by every board and officer of the Kingdom.
Let it be known to all the nations of the earth, to their kings and governors, to their councils and assemblies, and to all who have ears to hear — that we, the covenant people of the Global Kingdom of Yehudah, do hereby solemnly declare before Yahawah the Most High, the God of Avraham, the God of Yitzchak, and the God of Ya'aqov, our full and rightful sovereignty as a theocratic covenant nation established upon the eternal Word of the Living God.
We do not seek recognition from the kingdoms of this world as a precondition of our existence. Our sovereignty flows not from the consent of earthly powers but from the decree of the Almighty, who has said: "You shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation" (Shemot 19:6). We exist by divine mandate, confirmed by covenant, and established in righteousness.
We declare that the people known among the nations as African-Americans, Caribbean peoples, and scattered Hebrews throughout the diaspora are among the descendants of the ancient tribes of Yisrael — dispersed by the judgments of Yahawah as written in Devarim (Deuteronomy) 28, yet never forsaken, never forgotten, and appointed for restoration in these latter days.
The Global Kingdom of Yehudah is established as the governance structure for this restored covenant people — not as a revolutionary movement against any earthly government, but as a spiritual commonwealth existing alongside the kingdoms of this world, as the Vatican exists within Rome, and as the Sovereign Order of Malta operates among the nations.
We therefore declare our standing as a sovereign theocratic covenant nation before Yahawah, before the nations of the earth, and before history. We establish our constitution, our courts, our treasury, and our covenant community in the Name of Yahawah, for the restoration of Yisrael, and for the glory of the Most High God, world without end. So let it be written. So let it be proclaimed.
These rights are not privileges granted by the Kingdom of Yehudah — they are endowments of Yahawah, recognized and protected by this Constitution. No board, officer, King, or court of the Kingdom may diminish, suspend, or override these rights. They are eternal, covenant-bound, and grounded in Torah.
Every Ambassador of the Kingdom holds the right to free expression of Torah-grounded faith, the right to petition any board of the Kingdom, the right to a fair hearing before the Sanhedrin, the right to free food, clothing, education, and healthcare as administered by the Board of Queens, and the right to participate in the YSH economy without usury.
Women hold equal standing before Yahawah and equal protection under Kingdom law. Women may serve in any board or office for which they are called and qualified, including the Board of Queens, the Council of Prophets, the Sanhedrin, the Legislative Assembly, and the Board of Governors. No Kingdom law may discriminate against a woman on the basis of her gender.
Every child born under Kingdom covenant is entitled to protection from abuse and exploitation, free education in Torah and wisdom, and the care and provision of the Kingdom's welfare system. The Kingdom recognizes the Fifth Commandment — Kibud Av va'Em (Honor your Father and Mother) — as foundational to family governance.
The stranger who dwells among the covenant people shall be treated with the same justice and compassion as the native-born citizen, as it is written: "You shall have one law for the stranger and for the native" (Vayiqra 24:22). No Ambassador or officer of the Kingdom may oppress or exploit a stranger.
The elderly of the Kingdom shall be honored, provided for, and protected. No elderly person under Kingdom covenant shall suffer neglect, abandonment, or poverty. The Board of Queens is charged with ensuring full provision and dignified care for all elderly Ambassadors.
Persons with disabilities hold full standing as Ambassadors and citizens of the Kingdom. No disability shall diminish the rights, dignity, or covenant standing of any person. The Kingdom shall make all reasonable accommodations to ensure full participation of disabled persons in Kingdom life and governance.
The Otzar HaMamlakah (אוֹצַר הַמַּמְלָכָה — Treasury of the Kingdom) is hereby established as the financial foundation of the Global Kingdom of Yehudah. The Treasury shall hold and administer all Kingdom assets, including physical silver and gold, land holdings, community labor reserves, and the YSH monetary supply.
The official currency of the Global Kingdom of Yehudah is the Yehudah Shekel (YSH — שֶׁקֶל יְהוּדָה). The YSH is a Torah-compliant, asset-backed community currency governed by the following principles: just weights and measures (Vayiqra 19:35-36); prohibition of interest among brethren (Devarim 23:19-20); Shemitah debt release every seventh year; Jubilee reset every fiftieth year.
The YSH shall be backed as follows: Physical Silver — 40% (primary backing); Physical Gold — 30% (Kikkar reserves); Land Holdings — 20% (GKY-owned and controlled land); Community Labor — 10% (verified productive capacity). No YSH may be issued in excess of the verified asset holdings of the Kingdom Treasury.
The denomination structure of the YSH follows biblical Hebrew monetary terminology: Gerah (גֵּרָה) — 1/40 Shekel, digital/copper; Bekah (בֶּקַע) — 1/2 Shekel, silver coin; Shekel (שֶׁקֶל) — base unit, primary silver coin; Mina (מָנֶה) — 50 Shekels, gold coin; Kikkar (כִּכָּר) — 3,000 Shekels, treasury reserve unit.
No interest, usury, or compound debt shall be charged among Ambassadors of the Kingdom. The Board of Kings may permit commercial lending to non-members at modest rates as permitted by Torah, but all internal Kingdom transactions among Ambassadors shall be interest-free. Violations of this prohibition shall be adjudicated by the Sanhedrin.

The Yehudah Shekel (YSH) is the official currency of the Global Kingdom of Yehudah — a community exchange system completely independent of the Federal Reserve's debt-based fiat system.
Backed by real assets held in the GKY Treasury and governed by Torah's monetary laws, the YSH embodies just weights and measures (Leviticus 19:35-36), prohibits interest among brethren (Deuteronomy 23:19-20), and encodes Shemitah and Jubilee cycles directly into its governance.

Tribal Heritage · מוֹרֶשֶׁת שִׁבְטִית · የጎሳ ቅርስ
The Global Kingdom of Yehudah is constituted around the twelve tribes of Yisrael. Each tribe holds a seat on the Board of Kings, the Board of Queens, and the Board of Sarei HaTzava. Currently five Kings are seated, with representation from Yehudah, Benyamin, Levy, and additional tribal lines.
The tribe of the beloved youngest son — the Wolf who devours in the morning and divides the spoil in the evening (Bereshit 49:27). Ancestral heritage of Sh'muyl Ben Yahdah, Co-Founder and Prophet of the Kingdom. Benjamin's sons dwell among the scattered peoples — rising in these last days.
